Learn About Your House LLC is a business created by a seasoned Home Inspector with over 27 years of experience in the Home Inspection field. My goal is to help empower you with knowledge about your home. I offer in-home sessions to help you, the current owner, gain confidence and a better understanding of your home, as well as helping you to better identify with various components and basic systems.
Why home education matters
Hello, my name is Rick, and I have been in the Home Inspection business for over 27 years! I have always enjoyed and continue to enjoy educating people on the homes they are looking to purchase. Leaving them with a solid understanding of the home's condition prior to purchase is most rewarding. Understanding your home and its ongoing needs once you have occupied it is a crucial part of home ownership. Now that you own your home, whether you have just moved in or are a long-time resident, understanding your home, what to look for, and the importance of ongoing maintenance is key.
A house is a living, breathing thing, just as we are, and care is needed as time goes on. From my experience as a Home Inspector over the years, I am very much in tune with how little people are educated on home care—and that’s okay! That’s where I come in to help! Learning about your home can be a fun and an eye-opening experience. A little bit of knowledge can go a long way in helping you to identify with your house, know how it functions, its basic needs, and what you can do to help save money!
